Plain-language summary of what Listalyze (a product of ConfirmDev LLC, Irving, Texas) does and does not do with your data. Not legal advice.

The short version

The lists and text you process in Listalyze stay on your device. They are cleaned, sorted and deduplicated in your browser — they are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. We do not sell personal data.

Your list and text data

Listalyze is local-first. When you paste or open a file, the work runs in your browser using WebAssembly. The contents of your lists never leave the device and we never receive them. We cannot see what you process, and we keep no copy of it. For more detail on how this works, see our Security & your data page.

Account and sign-in (ConfirmID)

You can use the core tool without an account. If you choose to sign in, we use ConfirmID to authenticate you. To create and manage an account we store your email address and basic profile information (such as a display name) associated with that sign-in. This is used to identify you, restore your saved work, and manage any Pro subscription — not for advertising.

Analytics (consent-gated)

We may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage of the website and app. Analytics is off by default: analytics_storage is set to denied unless you opt in through the in-app consent banner. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics events are sent. See our Cookie & storage notice for details.

Hosting and server logs

The website and app are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request logs (for example IP address, user agent and timestamp) to serve pages and protect the service against abuse. These logs are operational and are not used to inspect the contents of your lists, which never reach the server.

Local storage and autosave (OPFS)

To keep your session and let you pick up where you left off, Listalyze may store data locally on your device using the browser's Origin Private File System (OPFS) and local storage. This data lives in your browser, under your control, and can be cleared from your browser settings. It is not transmitted to us.

Cookies and similar storage

We use a small amount of local storage for things like your consent choice and your theme preference. Analytics cookies are only set if you opt in. Full details are on the Cookie & storage notice.

Sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data.
